The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed at times, resulting in a slow check-in process. the gym equipment is outdated and in need of maintenance.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. The facilities were excellent, especially the restaurant and the complimentary BBQ and DJ. The staff was polite, helpful and accommodated all our requests.

The location is amazing , close to a beautiful lake and surrounded by nature. They had complimentary hot chocolate and cookies which were a nice touch and added to the festive atmosphere. the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere and activities for the whole family.

The Wi, Fi was slow and inconsistent, and the TV channels were limited, which made it hard to keep entertained on the rainy days. the breakfast buffet could have had more variety, but the food that was there was decent.
